    Hilary's decade+ career has spanned the airline, ad tech, and management consulting industries. A common theme to Hilary’s international experience is simple; business is about people, and developing relationships – both internal to the company and externally with customers. This ideology is the key to success. After experiences with companies large and small, Hilary learned that the HR function is broken, and felt compelled to develop a fresh approach. She created Quahog together with like-minded associates. Now Hilary is a strategic consultant ready to assist companies in radically changing their HR practices to become modern and effective.

    Passions: Learning & sharing something new every day, playing sports and Legos with her family, mentoring women to take leaps in their careers, anything ocean, and enjoying the Biergartens in Berlin.
